I took this test earlier

Picture 1 is 3 mins after I took the test. Picture 2 is 15 minutes after. Is this classed as a false positive? I don’t understand how a test can have a blue colour line if there’s no HCG hormone present 🤷🏼‍♀️ please comment below if this has happened to you
