Babbling

Hi all,

My son is 8 months and still not babbling consonants. It was brought up at his 6 mo appointment by his doctor. We were referred to EI. EI cleared him and said nothing is wrong. I'm starting to panic because Google just screams autism every time I try to look into it. Have any Mom's had late babblers and their babies ended up being fine? I just can't seem to move past this, it's bothering me so much. (Yes I already see a therapist)
