How often do you feed solids?

My little one is now up to 3 meals a day and we've tried all of these foods: porridge, banana, pear, apple, peaches, carrot, parsnip, broccoli, sweet potato, cauliflower, peas, butternut squash, yogurt. The only thing he's not been too sure about is the yogurt. 
I've given all the fruit and vegetables as purées and introduced them one ingredient at a time so I could pin point if he had any reaction to them and then started mixing different combinations. It's so great seeing his facial expressions when he tries different foods. 🥰

We do once a day and we switch it up between apples, pears, bananas, butternut squash, carrots, and sweet potatoes. When we introduced them at first we did one at a time for at least 3 days.

We feed her solids three times a day. She started eating solids at 4 months. I’m starting to introduce allergen foods like eggs, peanut butter, yogurt etc

We started with oatmeal.  Next will be fruit.  Mangoes, pears, peaches, applesauce.  After that yellow and orange veggies followed by green ones

My pediatrician doesn't want his milk intake the change yet, so I give about a tablespoon or two several times a day, to taste and get him use to a spoon
