Risk of taking Imodium (TMI)

I’m 5w+2 and for the past couple of days I’ve have terrible diarrhea. Before my BFP i would get through about a pack of Imodium every couple of weeks because of IBS. I’m resigned to the fact that for the majority of my pregnancy I’m gonna have to go without it but it’s my FIL’s funeral today and I’m not going to have immediate toilet access whenever I need it...

Has anyone been told by their Drs that occasion use is ok?
