Negative tests?

I’m on cycle day 39, my cycles are usually 33-34 days. We’re not trying but not preventing as we have a 9 month old. I’ve been having cramps but my period has yet to show so I took 2 pregnancy tests plus a digital and they were all negative

What’s going on? Also I never get cramps unless I’m actually on my period, my first symptom when I was pregnant with my son was cramping but like I said all my tests have been coming back negative?
