Bleeding after orgasm 8 weeks pregnant

Sorry if this is too much info. But I just want to know if any1 has been in the same situation and if everything was fine after? So last night after my husband gave me an orgasm orally I had bright red blood dripping from me for about 5 mins. Obviously we didnt continue on to sex just in case. Havent had no cramps or anymore bright red blood today it's just a bit of brown blood when I wipe every now and then. Midwife just said what they normally do and to call back of it gets worse with any clots or I'm in agony x
