Colored discharge

I’m very nervous, I had two miscarriages last year and they all happened around week 4 & 5 where I’m at now. I’ve been lightly cramping and had a spot of colored discharge when I wiped going to the bathroom. Has this happened to anybody? I’m thinking the worst as in I’m miscarrying...but has anyone gotten medicine when they’ve had these symptoms? My OB had me to a blood test Friday but I’m supposed to go in Monday for another to check hormone and progesterone levels. Should I mention that I’m having this slightly colored discharge? 😞
