HOW TO SURVIVE SEVERE MORNING SICKNESS OR HYPEREMESIS GRAVIDARIUM
Hello!
I'm 29 years old with severe hyperemesis.
My pregnancy was conceived in a natural way trying for two months.
So at 6 weeks i started to feel REALLY BAD. I TOUGH THAT I WAS GOING TO DIE, EXTREME FATIGUE, VOMITS 30 TIMES A DAY, ALL THE SMELLS EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE.
I decided to start taking ensure because i wasn't eating at all and my body needs food and suplements ASAP. So this Ensure is magic but ONLY twice a day and separated from breakfast to dinner. Then your stomach will feel better and you can start eating roasted turkey, boiled potatos, cherry tomatoes all in really small amounts.
I CHANGED MY DOCTOR 4 TIMES UNTIL I FOUND THE ONE I LIKE IT AND THE ONE THAT MAKE ME FEEL SECURE AND COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THE DECISITIONS.
HE RECOMEND ME TWO MEDS TOTALLY SAFE FOR pregnancy:
Grabol & Gesemet.
I started with the combination of these two but i felt good only two days and he suspended the grabol and only gave me the Gesemet (See picture to see the content of these one)
Taking one when i go to sleep and another one as soon as i wake up with no food make me vomit waaaaay less. From 30 times a day only twice a day. That's a lot and some days depending of what i eat i don't trowup at all.
I deleted chicken from my diet, also onions and milk.
Drinking oatmeal with water is the best you can do to recover your stomach. The ginger is a very strong root and only make me feel bad also the smell and taste ewwww.
I hope this works for you, is working for me and i'm currently 14 weeks 🙌💜.
Patience with this hard process and if you have a husband/ wife/ Boyfriend/girlfriend etc..... explain the situation and inform them because we belong to a very small group of women that suffers from this crazy hormone party from hell.
Be safe, take your Folates and don't feel bad because you can't work or make the bed.
Xoxo
