Cold feet or something else?

My best friend who is getting married in a week and has an 11 month old baby with her fiance came to me (I'm also her maid of honor) in tears saying her fiance and her got into a fight last night. He told her he wasn't sure if they should get married at all now because of how unhappy they've both been lately between wedding stuff, finances, being new parents, her starting school again, both working full time, and he feels like she just doesn't have time for him. She told him that it's hard working full time then coming home and taking care of the baby (she just lets him lay in the bedroom when he gets home because she doesn't want to "disturb him because he's tired"-she told him this) then when she's finally done with the baby she has to do homework then go to bed. She told him it's not going to be like this forever. He then said "I'll be surprised if we aren't divorced in the next 2 years".

Do you guys think he's just having cold feet or it's something more? I know it's her relationship but as her best friend I'm genuinely worried and have no idea how to help her through this.
