Late Ovulation and Induction

So a couple questions for the group.

According to my last period, my due date was set as 3/13/20.

However, I also tracked my ovulation and according to the ovulation strip, I ovulated 1 week later than my app predicted I would.

Now I am 4 days past my “due date”.

Did anyone else go past their due date but also knew they ovulated later than “predicted”?

Also, because I am “late” according to my doctor, she is ready to induce but left the date up to my husband and Me. We opted to go in Thursday night to hopefully meet baby Friday. She is going to start me with cervidil. Has anyone had experience with that?
