Just Concerned 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is my 4th pregnancy (all prior ones have been relatively uneventful, normal symptoms) and I have never experienced this before. I am 10weeks and 4days and am having consistent lower abdominal cramping since yesterday (which I know can be normal) but I am also having light brown discharge along with it. It’s mostly when I wipe. I haven’t been to my OB yet this pregnancy, first appointment is Friday (11 weeks). So I guess I am stressed because I have had no confirmation whatsoever that baby is growing and healthy. Is this all pretty normal?
