Removing upper lip hair?

So I usually wax my upper lip but i just ran out of wax strips. I'm using tweezers, painful, tedious yes i know whatever.
However should I remove all of the hair? Dark hair and The peach fuzz too?

When I run out of wax strips, I use the thin micro razors to get rid of everything including peach fuzz! Kinda personal preference but I notice when I have fuzz, my makeup sucks! There’s no way you’re going to get all the peach fuzz with tweezers if that’s all you have so just focus on the dark, thick, bold hairs.
