Contractions?!?! Stabbing pain ?!?!

I’m 39 weeks and does contractions on your lower back feel like a stabbing pain ?! I’ve been losing parts of my mucous plug but my water hasn’t broken

I came in with that, I thought I gonna throw up just to listen I don’t even have contractions... I came in with LIGHT pain... so I don’t know anymore what pain is I guess 🤷‍♀️😭🤔

I had my baby yesterday. Contractions were like period cramps, that then got much worst once you hit transition.
