Hey so ever since I’ve gotten off the depo my periods have been irregular I mean they were irregular before but now it’s worst. When I first got off I went from August to February without a period now it’s almost every other week if not more and they are heavy most of the time, cramps are seriously painful and mood swings are out of control. I don't know what to do I don't have insurance going to the doctor isn't an option. Does anyone know or have any advice as to what's going on with me I'm only 19 and I've been on the depo since I was 15 because of irregular periods and now it just seems worst. I need help.
