Spotting at 10 weeks??

So yesterday I had some spotting that lasted maybe 30 - 45 minutes (I literally ran to the bathroom every few minutes to check) and then went away. It was super light then got a little darker and then was light again until it completely went away. I obviously freaked out since it’s my first pregnancy and the first time I’ve had any spotting. I called the nurse at my doctor’s office and she scheduled me for an ultrasound for the next day but said if I was concerned I could go to the ER although she did not recommend that due to the Coronavirus. I ended up going to an independent ultrasound place and was able to see the baby and it had a heart rate of 162. Since there’s no more spotting and there was a strong heartbeat after the spotting stopped should I cancel that ultrasound appointment? I’m really trying to stay home as much as possible to avoid exposure to the virus.
