I know they can’t be accurate all the time but when I was pregnant with my son all my belly measurements at my appointments were spot on. He measured right on time the whole time. I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my daughter now and she’s clearly smaller. My belly is much smaller even though they said with your 2nd you show more, completely false for me. Anyways everything’s been good until my last appointment my doctor measured my belly and he confused the shit out of me. I asked him before he measured me if I was gonna have another ultrasound and he said no because everything looks fine. He measured it and said “well your not gonna have a small baby” I said “oh? Is she gonna be big?” And he said “no, she’s gonna be average.” Oh okay. Then he sat down at his computer and said “well I think I can squeeze you in for an ultrasound since the measurements are a little off.” Which I got excited about because I’d love to see my daughter again before she’s here but that kinda threw me off and im worried. 😩
