Almost there!
I started my Weight loss Journey at almost 170 pounds which was the heaviest I’ve ever been. I started my diet and started doing exercises and I weighed myself this morning to see that I’ve made it to 145! My Ultimate goal is 130 but I’ve been giving myself little goals along the way and 145 was my little goal my next one is 140 if anyone has any exercise advice or tips they would be greatly appreciated!
