Failed the 1 hr glucose 🤦🏻♀️
Now I gotta take the 3 hr next Tuesday..... cut off is 140, my reading was 174.
I have been so fearful of having GD esp in a time where resources are limited and all our non perishable food is comprised of mostly carbs bc that’s all we were able to get our hands on (we have frozen meat hut limited as our freezer is very small).
I’m really hoping it’s not a true diagnosis, and that I pass the 3 hr 😕
