I didn’t test days before I got the smiley so not sure how long I have had the smiley for but the same night I got the smiley I didn’t have it during the night. Only in the morning . Now I’m experiencing spotting , what could this be???

If there’s blood in your underwear, that’s probably too heavy for implantation bleeding which is rare in itself. You’d only see it when you wipe.
