This weekend I was admitted to L&D at 31 weeks to stop preterm labor. Initially I went in with dehydration from severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Upon an initial pelvic exam I was found to be 1cm dilated, then progressed to 2.25. They began magnesium, procardia, steroids, and antibiotics and were able to stop the progression. Upon discharge they did not put me on bedrest and cleared me to go back to work with light duty restrictions.

Has any other mother experienced anything similar to this? Did you end up delivering early or full term?
