Put on Vistaril for anxiety! 22 weeks! Risk for congenital defects?

calm down

At what gestational age are babies fully formed and are no longer at risk for congenital deformities? I do trust my doctor, but I always look up any drugs I take in my nursing drug guide. I've been having really bad anxiety (nursing school, possible exposure to COVID-19 this week, also have generalized anxiety disorder that I stopped treating after becoming pregnant)

So, there is a potential for congenital defects, but I am 22 weeks now. Could medicine still cause this even if the baby is fully formed? Wouldn't it be more risky taking it when the baby is still forming like in the first trimester?

I'm uncomfortable talking to my doctor about it because I dont want her to think that I'm questioning her care.

Has anyone else been prescribed this during pregnancy?
