Is it possible for your milk ducts to be clogged before the baby is born? I’m 33 weeks and my breast is hurting so bad. I’ve never felt this kind of pain. I can’t even move my arm without it hurting. I didn’t breastfeed my first so I’m unsure what that would feel like. I have stood in a hot shower and massaged it, I have also laid a heating pad on it and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. It just popped up Tuesday and has slowly gotten more painful over time. If it gets any worse I’ll have to see a dr.
