OBGYN recommendation for quarantine?

I do not meet with my OBs office until next week (10 week visit). I left a voicemail yesterday for a nurse but have not heard back yet. What have your OBs said about Covid19, social distancing, and not working during this time?

I am a therapist in a private practice who works with kids, teens, and young adults. While I would love to go to exclusively telehealth video sessions I have a lot of younger clients that would not be able to do that. This would also significantly cut my session hours which means no pay for clients I don’t see. Can anyone share what their OB has said? Are you currently working or have you been placed on leave?
