You’ve heard it before.. but I’m overwhelmed 😔

I was diagnosed with GD today. My 3 hour numbers were;

Fasting 74

1 hour 191

2 hour 175

3 hour 145

So, now I do all the stuff. Change my diet, check my sugar 4x a day, worry about baby..

What are some good foods to buy? I’m so annoyed this is happening at a time when grocery stores are empty 😑 any advice is SO appreciated. Xo.
