Tell his wife or stay out of it?

Many years ago I had this fling with a military guy and we instantly hit it off everything went well definitely seemed like he wasn't married since he lived in the barracks. So, we slept together many times than he left my town to be station somewhere else tbh i was torn (obviously that time). I moved to AZ and 2 years later he got stationed 10 mins from me what a coincidence. He than hit me up first and we hung out many times again slept together. So, later one day I had this feeling to look him up in social media nothing came up so I was like okay watever. Than, the feeling came back and I found him I cut off toes with him (he doesnt know that I know). Not only was he married he has a wife and two boys one which is disabled what an asshole. He's now messaging me with different numbers and says "this is a guy that you met back AZ" mabey to leave out evidence for proof he isnt cheating. Seems like hes stalking me🤔 I want to tell her but, I dont know her so mabey he will manipulate her saying am lying. HELPP. Please dont judge me I didn't know
