Belly flab

So I’m 11 months pp and still breastfeeding. It has been so so hard for me to lose weight since having the baby. But finally, I’m starting to lose a bit of the weight. It’s happening slowly but at least it’s happening.

I’m trying to make changes to my diet and it seems to be working. For now.

But no matter how much weight I lose, my middle area is still so flabby and wide. Please help me with tips on what I can do to reduce this.

I’ve majorly cut down on added sugar and I’m trying not to eat anything post 7pm. I haven’t been able to cut down carbs as much as I want to.
