Hi everyone

My af is due today there is no sign of her arriving (Im on cycle day 29) with normally a regular 29day cycle

I ovulated almost a week later then normal this cycle, confirmed by opk bbt

So I'm aware af will be late

(approximately 5-7 days late)

But.... is it normal to be cramping on and off like af is coming

I would of thought af cramps would of came in more like 5-6 days away

Anyone else have this issue?

What was the outcome bfp or bfn
