Group Strep B Pos

I was negative my first pregnancy so I didn't learn much about it. What is it? How was I neg last time but pos this time around? I had my IV capped off last labor so I could move and now I apparently have to have antibiotics. Did the IV line effect your ability to freely move while in labor if you had this?
