I just found out yesterday im pregnant again. I wasn't a smoker with my son so I didn't have this problem. Im also high risk because I miscarried before my son and then he was born at 27 weeks.(he's almost 2 now) So I'm really nervous and wanna give this baby all chances to make it full term or at least closer than my son was.

To the point, I need some advice on quitting. Are there any pregnancy safe nicotine substitutes to help me taper down and eventually quit all together? Or is cold Turkey my only option?
