Brown spotting and cramps
I’m 5w 2d, I’ve had cramps all day, some mild, some sharp and breathtaking, ive just gone to pee and there’s some brown spotting in my pants. There is nothing when I wipe but of course I’m freaking out. I’m still cramping too. Any advice? Took paracetamol, had a bath, drinking plenty!
