after birth:-)
so i’m currently in my last week of pregnancy, and i was wondering how you mommas got back in shape, or got your body back all together! i’ve gained about 40lbs with this pregnancy (yikes ik) and i planned on eating healthy and breast feeding but is there and specific work outs you recommend? waist trainers? diets? any advice is appreciated!!
