i can barely eat or drink anything and i’m only 4/5 weeks 😭😭

During the first trimester I was nauseous 24/7 for the full 3 months. Fortunately I never threw up, but it was like being constantly carsick or seasick... without being able to throw up or relieve it. Ginger ale and crackers did NOT help. Sour foods like clementines or citrusy fruit did help a little though, and constantly snacking throughout the day also helped a tiny bit. But nothing really made the nausea go away until I reached about 13-14 weeks, the second trimester.

Yes, 2 months of it. Lost 10 lbs because of it. Took me about 2-3 months to start gaining weight afterwards.

This pregnancy was SO hard! I was uncontrollably nauseous from about 5/6 weeks until about 9 weeks. It felt like an eternity I lived in the bathroom but only ever got sick about 3 times. From 9 weeks until about 13 the nausea became manageable finally.
