Tips for nausea??

I’m 5 weeks along and the nausea is REAL. Any tips besides prescription medication that will help ease this?? I don’t want to eat or drink ANYTHING because I feel disgusting. Help😷

Perscriptions were the only thing to help me. I have hyperemesis so it took a long ass time to find the right medicin combination for me. I started puking at 4 weeks and still am puking at 15 almost 16. For me it was bad from week 8 to 11 when i got admitted to the hospital i lost 30 pounds. So take the medicins. At home things sea bands, vitamin b6, crackers, eat small meals more frewuently, unisom at night

I lived on grapes and sour apples for weeks. Just try to eat whatever you can stomach, whatever works for you. If you can’t eat or drink, go see a doctor. It’s better to be put on medication (which is safe, otherwise they wouldn’t prescribe it) than get dehydrated and anaemic. You need to eat SOMETHING for yourself and for baby. Good luck girl, I know it sucks but it will pass!

Eat what you can every couple of hours. I lived on toast and ginger ale for WEEKS! 
I took b6 at bedtime, you can take that and a half of a unison at night to battle the morning sickness. 
I would be mostly okay during the day as long as I smacked but nighttime no matter what I did I felt like crap. 
At about 15 weeks or so, it’s completely subsided and I eat everything in sight all day long.
