Baby kicking a lot all of the sudden is this normal?

I’m 19 wks 2 days and I’ve been feeling activity pretty much all day. Before this, I’ve felt a little tickle here and there but never like this. Is this normal? Is he moving so much because of something I should be worried about?

I was worried about the same thing lol, I’m 19 weeks and 5 days and today my baby has been really active after I went out with family and had a medium latte and a cold Pepsi that I was craving so bad😅 the days before it was a few strong kicks here and there but then again I slept most of the day away🤷🏻‍♀️ and after the caffeine little one is supercharged lol.

You can finally feel baby! :) It's crazy and exciting. My baby has super long legs and arms haha and he was kicking the heck outta me yesterday at my ultrasound to find gender. It was funny.
