Sleep regression ?

Question

So my bub turned 4 months on Friday. She has slept in her own bed her whole life and never once needed to be cuddles to sleep or put in bed with us. 
Tonight she refuses to be put in bed and even after cuddling her and putting her down in her cot she will wake instantly screaming and carrying on. 
She sleeps the whole time me or my partner hold her. Is this the start of sleep regression or just an off night?

Could be the start of the sleep regression but i would also get her ears checked. Sometimes ear infections can disrupt sleep. Just a thought, but if she has no symptoms of that then probably leap 4 is beginning

My daughter turned four months on Wednesday. Same thing, has been a really good sleeper. And last night we were up every 45 minutes for the first 4 hours. Then maybe every 1.5 hrs after that. Sending you luck! 😫
