Cleaning baby's mouth,anyone?

My daughter is EBF and I've been having repeated thrush,affects her too. At first I was given a compound cream to use on the nipples and Nyastin for the baby. I used reusable nursing pads at 1st but using disposable ones now. Doctor once mentioned that I should be cleaning her mouth too.
Anyone else cleaning baby's gums/mouth? How do you do it? Any recommendations on stuff to use? And how to prevent recurring thrush?

During bath time we wash his gums every time. The milk can sit on the gums too long and can effect the baby teeth by creating cavities later on. Just use the wash cloth and rub baby’s gums and tongue nothing crazy to it!☺️

Very important to wipe gums. I wet a washcloth or napkin with water and wipe his gums. I also use probiotics for him. He has never had thrush. I also change shirts or my disposable pads as soon as I notice I leaked! I only leak if my boob are super full.

I use glycerin on a washcloth. My mom told me that’s what she did when we were babies, plus my lo likes the taste so she doesn’t fight it.

I don't clean baby's mouth and have never had thrush. I actually leak a lot too and try to change breast pads frequently but obviously that doesn't always happen. I find I stay drier with disposable than reusable pads, as much as I would prefer to use the reusable.
