I debated hard on a c section or vaginal medically it felt there were more things that had me leaning towards c section. In the end I am so glad that was our outcome. Baby Piper had her cord wrapped around her neck three times. I was told if I would have pushed I would have had an emergency c section anyways. She was born at 37 weeks 2 days due to preeclampsia but still weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces. I was told if I went all the way to full term she would have been almost ten pounds. We are both recovering well and tomorrow she is already two weeks old. Time flies. 😭
