TTC MISSED PERIOD ANY SIMILAR STORYs?

Hey I’m 5 days late which makes me 19dpo... I took a test on 14dpo the day of my missed period and got a bfn ..... I’ve had the SLIGHTEST cramps and only lasting for 5 minutes and happened a few days before missed period on day of and now today they haven’t been much also my boobs are sore that’s all the symptoms I have.. as well as creamy cm... has anyone experienced this and got a BFP? I want to test again but honestly I have a appointment on the 29 for a ultrasound and blood test so I wanted to wait it out 😩
