Took femara last week at the end of my period. Took ovulation tests every day since last Friday. Got a positive ovulation test this morning (yay) so hubs and I had sex this morning. I was fine all day and then right before bed I started having cramps on my left side below the belly button. We went ahead and had sex again and I was fine during that but now I’m having a hard time getting comfortable so that I can go to sleep. Should I be worried?
