Blood in nose

I’m 14 weeks tomorrow and I have been noticing whenever I blow my right nostril there is always blood on the tissue. Like every time, continuously and it’s not a one and done thing. It’s not a “bloody nose” in the sense that blood pours out. Is this something to do with pregnancy or do I need to see the doctor? Or maybe I need a humidifier?
