My first pregnancy I was sick basically starting at the day of my missed period. No lie....nausea all day every day for months on end. Also had cramping on and off in the first few weeks.

This time around I’m 4 weeks 2 days. Similar timing as before and no symptoms at all. I know typically it doesn’t start till 6 weeks so it’s probably normal but I guess part of me is worried. (I won’t see the doctor I til I’m 11 weeks)

So I just wondered how different your pregnancies were. And if they were vastly different were they different genders? When did your true pregnancy symptoms start?
