Does anyone know of any doctor recommended brands or teas that are safe for pregnancy?

Lots of teas are safe during pregnancy. Green and black teas have caffeine so you have to watch how much you drink but are safe. There are some herbal teas such as hibiscus and licorice root that are not to be consumed at all during pregnancy. My MW recommends starting Red Raspberry leaf tea at the start of your 2nd trimester and increase in your third as its beneficial for uterine health and can help "tone" the uterus to make contractions more effective.
