Possible Cystic Fibrosis
My son is two weeks old tomorrow and I got a call from my pediatrician on Saturday morning telling me that his lung screening came back abnormal and he will need to have to have further testing which is happening tomorrow morning.
I’ve been doing lots of research and I did find where abnormal doesn’t mean that it’s positive for CF. That ninety percent of the abnormal results come back as negative. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
