My baby’s father and I are no longer together and haven’t been for almost a year. He was abusive to me and my baby.  So I stopped contact with him. He has now created 2 new Facebook account each new one after I blocked the last.  I’m honestly scared he’s stalking me. Do you think I would’ve able to get a restraining order? He also has threatened me in the past.

You can change Facebook settings so you can’t come up in anyone’s search. That way he wouldn’t be able to find you on there. Make sure you keep any proof of abuse/stalking/harassment because it takes a lot to get a restraining order, unfortunately. I’ve been there, I know it can get scary. Hang in there.

If you have proof yes,just showing hes made other accounts isn't enough.

If you have proof, then probably yes. But you will have to provide proof.
