I have the worst back pain ever!!! 😭 and I have a headache from hell today. I don’t wanna get sick at all. I’ve been social distancing and isolating for a week now only getting out twice to get groceries in our small small town & being out less than 10 mins. I overreact so much and jump to negative thoughts but I’m trying to stay positive rn. I don’t wanna stress.😭
