Discharging from my vagina.. 13 weeks pregnant

🥺im scared.. is it okay? I heard fluid from the sack comes out and its not a good sign..😕 im not bleeding it’s just like im peeing or my water bag broke lol... and today marks 3 months pregnant and today is also when I usually start my period too and i been angry as shit outta nowhere i wanna to punch something so harddd 😫😫😫😫😫😫
