Insecure of physical activity

I’ve just realized I’m insecure of any physical activity involving me being on my feet (Running, hiking, sports).

I believe this mostly roots from health issues I’ve had in the past and recovered from.

I had a tumor in my leg that took 2 years to diagnose and it was painful to even walk. I had to give up sports and performed poorly with everything on my feet.

It took me a while to recover after I had a surgery and had to sit out of everything. I also have flat feet which hurt after standing or walking too long and my right foot is slightly inward.

I feel very incapable and insecure when I do physical activities on my feet now. Is there anyway to overcome this? Or any tips maybe?
