Maternity leave?!

Heeey, I am gonna be 23 weeks Friday I am due July 24th with baby #2 ❤️ I know due to the virus a lot of mommas that are pregnant are either already beginning maternity leave. My question is, I’m currently still working and wondering when I should start my leave? And when we’re y’all planning to take it before all this with the virus? Thank you all 🤗 and hoping everyone is staying safe!

I am currently working from my home office due to COVID19. However I still plan to return to working in office once things return to normal. 
Either way I plan on working as long as I can. Until my doctor or body tells me otherwise.

I’m not gonna start until I give birth. I want as much time home with my baby than before. I travel a lot for my job and I just won’t be traveling anymore but I am still working up until the day

I’m due July 15th. I’m working from home at the moment. We’re only set to do this through next week but I have a feeling next week they’ll keep us working from home longer. Luckily I can work from home most days so if the quarantine is lifted before July 15th I’ll go in for meetings until the baby is born but probably will stay home most of the time (since the virus will still be out there and there won’t be a vaccine by then).

I was/am planning to wait until I give birth. I’m at least home on “admin leave” for the time being, which is a great relief for me. But since my maternity leave is only 12 weeks unpaid my vacation days for the year will be my maternity leave so that I can get some pay during the timeframe.

Definitely planned/planning to use my time once she is born. Due in July! I manage a retail store and to keep earning my salary they have me and one other manager come in (keeping the store closed to the public) from 10-6; Mon-Fri. I’m pretty grateful to have this arrangement because if they were to completely close the store, I’d be force to use my PTO up and then switch over to unemployment. Not ideal at all! If I had to use my time that would mean less to zero paid time on my maternity leave. Hang in there ladies!

I work a very physical job and planned to leave mid/late May and I’m due July27th! That is still the plan but I’ve drastically reduced my hours like going from working 8 hour days to now 2-3 hour shifts every other day or so. So I’m basically on my maternity leave now

I was planning to work until June 30. However I am now ordered to work from home for now so continuing to do that! If it extends beyond the month of safe pay we’ve been promised I may take it earlier, my fiancée and I haven’t decided what we want to do yet.
