LO screaming in sleep

My LO is 14 weeks and has started sleeping in 7 hour stretches and sometimes will go back down for another 3 hours after that. Occasionally she will wake up screaming, but she’s still asleep. Usually I would get her up cause I figure she’s hungry (eats every 2 hours during the day still) but today I was able to calm her down and she went back to sleep for 4 mins then was screaming again but still asleep. Is it bad dreams or hunger? Has anyone experienced this? She doesn’t scream like that even when upset so idk what it could be. It’s usually right before she wakes up for the morning, never in the middle of the night. Any suggestions welcome.
