Don’t go to the ER. Call L&D at the hospital tour suppose to deliver at. They will advise you. Mine said after 20 wks you go L&D for everything. Don’t go to the ER. Once they triage you then they will move you accordingly.

Did you recently have sex? If yes it could be due to that. Could you call the nurse hotline at the hospital and see if they want you to come in?

My OB told me any spotting at this stage to call him. I would definitely call and see what they say
